A well‑established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support its Surety / Construction practice group in Collin County, Texas. Candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate will be considered.
Qualifications include:
3+ years of experience providing legal support
Experience assisting with discovery and trial preparation
Proficiency with computer programs and document management systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range at the time of posting is $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on a full‑time schedule. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, training, internal equity, and market data. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
