Job Title: Remote Data Entry Clerk

Location: Remote (must reside within 1 hour of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start Dates: September 22 & September 29
Shifts Available:

  • Monday–Friday: 7am–4pm

  • Monday–Friday: 8am–5pm

  • Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm

  • Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm


About the Role

LHH is seeking detail-oriented and dependable candidates for a Remote Data Entry Clerk position. This role is ideal for individuals with strong multitasking skills and a background in healthcare or customer service. Successful candidates may be offered a permanent position based on performance and attendance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter patient enrollment forms and other documents

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers or patients to collect missing information

  • Support ad-hoc projects and cross-train within the Patient Services team

  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment


Candidate Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience in Healthcare or Customer Service

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, web apps, email)

  • Excellent multitasking and time management

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to accept and apply feedback

  • Completion of a Data Entry test (screenshot required)

  • Completion of an Internet Speed Test showing minimum 100Mbps (screenshot required)

  • HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a door that can remain closed at all times



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
