LHH is actively looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to manage all aspects of customer interactions for one of our top clients in NC! This role is responsible for handling inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and providing follow-up support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both internal and external customer needs with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction
Research and resolve customer issues, using available resources and cross-functional collaboration when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support both internal and external customers with requests of varying complexity
Uphold a high standard of customer service and represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven customer service experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with common office software and customer service tools
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
