Job Summary
LHH is looking for a highly skilled administrative and communications professional to support the CEO and the executive leadership team for one of our clients in Duluth, GA. The Executive Assistant will engage with both internal and external stakeholders with utmost professionalism, ensuring a positive reflection of the organization. This role involves acting as a liaison to senior management teams, coordinating executive outreach and internal communication efforts, and managing special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduling, calendars, and meetings for the CEO and the executive leadership team as needed. Efficiently organize complex calendars and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Maintain a consistent internal communications rhythm for the business, including scheduling town hall meetings, business updates, and distributing other internal messages.
Serve as a professional interface to the board of directors and other external partners.
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents to support organizational objectives.
Assist in the preparation and management of presentations and decks for the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.
Manage overall office operations at the Atlanta HQ, including logistics with building management, mail, supplies, and other support as required.
Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
Be responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls, including contact outside normal business hours.
Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and prepare expense reports.
Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
4+ years of experience in creating communication and presentations for organization-wide distribution.
Experience supporting C-suite executives from a remote setting.
Impeccable professionalism with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, administrative, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment with team members working in various locations.
Ability to interface positively and effectively with people throughout the organization, both internally and externally.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and solve problems and challenges as needed.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
