About the Role: LHH is seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to join our Hardware Engineering team. This role involves providing design and document support for the development of Battery Storage Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare site plans, electrical diagrams, and detailed drawings using CAD/MicroStation/SolidWorks Draft Sight in 2D and 3D.
Generate point maps for hardwired and digital I/O for control systems.
Develop single line diagrams, layouts, and schematics.
Create spatial layouts using map importing of KMZ and SHP files.
Establish and maintain company standards for drafting.
Manage project-specific BOMs in collaboration with the Manufacturing team.
Oversee the internal lessons learned database.
Support the generation of drawings for RFIs and RFPs.
Review and analyze documents for accuracy and efficiency.
Work independently with minimal guidance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in CAD (2D & 3D).
Familiarity with US Industry Standards (ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, NEC, UL).
Experience in Electrical Design for Constructability.
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Compensation/Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of up to $38.00 per hour.
