Family Law Attorney – Fairfax, VA (Full-Time, On-Site to Hybrid)
A Fairfax family law firm is seeking a full-time Attorney to handle divorce, custody, support, and related domestic relations matters.
Who They’re Open To:
- Attorneys with 6 months-1+ years of family law litigation experience who can work independently.
- Junior attorneys without litigation experience who are eager to learn.
- Litigators from other practice areas interested in transitioning into family law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations and manage cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft and file pleadings, negotiate settlements, and appear in court as needed.
- Work with strong in-office support, including two paralegals and a receptionist.
- Start fully on-site; option to transition to 1–2 days hybrid after onboarding.
Compensation:
- $85,000–$110,000 depending on experience.

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
