Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic aerospace manufacturing team in Farmingdale. This role is critical in driving process improvements, ensuring product quality, and supporting production efficiency in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize product manufacturability.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for optimal production.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Support new product introductions and process validations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing process design.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
