Office Assistant (Temporary)

Location: M-F 8am to 5pm in Fort Lauderdale, FL (in-office, 5 days per week)
Duration: 2-3 months
Pay Rate: $25.00hr


Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a corporate office environment. This is a temporary, on-site role requiring prior office services experience and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable handling a variety of office support tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Daily Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer and route phone calls

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Scan and organize documents

  • Stock office and kitchen supplies

  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas

  • Organize and set up conference rooms

  • Coordinate food ordering

  • Track and replenish office supplies

  • Assist with parking validation


Basic Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)

Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office services, facilities, or a similar role (required)

Software

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work fully on-site

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Poised and professional appearance with excellent client-facing skills

  • Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences

  • Strong multitasking skills; able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a deadline-driven environment



Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
