Broadloom Sales Manager
Location: Fort Lee, NJ (Travel Required – Up to 50% Domestic Travel)
Salary: Based on experience

Job Summary
The Broadloom Sales Manager plays a key leadership role in driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within the textile and carpet industry. This position requires extensive domestic travel to support the sales team, meet with customers, promote products, and identify new business opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve sales strategies, enhance customer experience, and introduce innovative merchandising programs aligned with current design trends.
In simple terms: You’ll lead a team that sells carpet products, travel frequently to visit clients, and help create smarter, more effective ways to market and present products.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the sales force to strengthen customer relationships through onsite visits and ongoing support
Analyze sales performance and recommend process improvements
Support the development of merchandising programs and new product concepts
Work with marketing and advertising teams to elevate brand visibility
Identify design trends and integrate them into sales and product strategies
Suggest and implement enhancements within Salesforce to improve workflow and reporting
Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience in the broadloom, textiles, or related industry
Strong background in customer service and client-facing communication
Ability to implement Salesforce improvements and optimize usage
Knowledge of current design and market trends
Experience with product development principles and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ambitious, proactive, and committed work ethic
Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and advertising teams
