We are seeking a motivated, people‑focused Recruiter to support full‑cycle hiring needs across both hourly and salaried positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys sourcing top talent, and builds strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will support ongoing hiring initiatives driven by new projects, business growth, and upcoming facility expansions.
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
Conduct structured phone screens to review experience, compensation expectations, availability, and relocation needs
Coordinate interviews, send confirmations, manage follow‑ups, and obtain timely hiring manager feedback
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
Post roles on job boards, LinkedIn, university sites, and other sourcing platforms
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, remove duplicates, and update pipelines
Support onboarding tasks including background checks, follow‑ups, and 30‑day new‑hire check‑ins
Prepare weekly recruiting reports and hiring metrics
Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and special talent acquisition projects
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience supporting multiple roles or business units
Strong sourcing abilities, including passive candidate outreach
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
