Job Summary

LHH is currently recruiting for a firm in the Greensboro area! This firm has built a reputation for delivering high‑caliber legal services across corporate, finance, real estate, litigation, and other specialized practice areas. As the organization continues to grow its dynamic real estate group, we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a fast‑paced commercial real estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to sophisticated transactions alongside an accomplished team of attorneys and legal professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, and review documents for commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan packages, and closing documents.

  • Review, analyze, and summarize title commitments, policies, surveys, and due diligence materials.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of closings—from pre‑closing to post‑closing—including maintaining detailed checklists and timelines.

  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel to ensure timely, accurate closings.

  • Assist with due diligence review, including organizational documents, zoning letters, estoppels, and third‑party reports.

  • Prepare closing binders and manage the execution, recording, and distribution of documents.

  • Track post‑closing obligations and assist with follow‑up items.

  • Maintain electronic and physical files according to firm procedures.

  • Provide general paralegal and administrative support to attorneys as needed.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial or residential real estate experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, closing processes, and due diligence.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.

  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Benefits:
