LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for an HR Generalist. This role will direct hire with a full benefits package and will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $65-70k. This role will be focused on employee relations and supporting the HR department with administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist HR department with administrative duties
Add new hire information to HRIS
Assist with new hire benefits enrollment
Act as first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, or general HR requests
Update and maintain employee records/files
Qualifications:
Must be able to adapt and handle multi-tasking within HR
Experience as HR Assistant or HR Generalist required
Must have strong communication skills
Comfortability using Excel and HRIS
