LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a direct hire HR Generalist to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8:30-5, direct hire with full benefits paying $65-70k. Must have experience working on an HR team supporting a large number of employees.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact regarding employee questions, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Manage onboarding/work with 3rd party vendors to track background checks, drug screens, etc.
Conduct new hire orientation
Act as liaison between employees and 3rd party benefits administrator regarding open enrollment and benefits questions
Conduct exit interviews
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years HR Generalist experience
Must be self-sufficient, have strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize
Experience working for larger organization on an HR team is strongly preferred
