LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a direct hire HR Generalist to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8:30-5, direct hire with full benefits paying $65-70k. Must have experience working on an HR team supporting a large number of employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact regarding employee questions, employee relations, and conflict resolution

  • Manage onboarding/work with 3rd party vendors to track background checks, drug screens, etc.

  • Conduct new hire orientation

  • Act as liaison between employees and 3rd party benefits administrator regarding open enrollment and benefits questions

  • Conduct exit interviews

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3-5 years HR Generalist experience

  • Must be self-sufficient, have strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize

  • Experience working for larger organization on an HR team is strongly preferred
