Job Summary:
LHH is currently recruiting for a law firm in Greensboro. Their legal team is renowned for its commitment to excellence in commercial and business litigation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled paralegal to contribute to a dynamic practice that values collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality client service. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update pleadings and discovery indexes to ensure seamless case progression.
Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Gather and synthesize relevant information from diverse sources to support case strategy.
Execute a variety of administrative duties to facilitate efficient case management.
File pleadings and other legal documents with state and federal courts, including electronic submissions.
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and professional correspondence.
Oversee litigation case management, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training to support a cohesive and knowledgeable legal support staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in commercial or business litigation.
In-depth knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules and procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
