Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.
This position is full-time, in-office.
Responsibilities:
· Preparing legal documents and correspondence including pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
· E-filing in NY, CT, and federal courts
· Managing calendars
· Entering attorney time
· Corresponding with clients
· Tracking deadlines and court appearance dates
· Providing general litigation support
Requirements:
· 5+ years of recent litigation legal assistant experience
· E-filing experience - CT, NY, and federal courts
· Strong MS Office knowledge
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range is $70,000-$85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
