Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced administrative assistant for a client in Harrison, Ohio. This role will provide administrative support to office and project teams, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination of activities. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $20m and $23/hr. Prior administrative support experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, manage inboxes, greet visitors, handle mail, and maintain office spaces.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items.
- Organize luncheons, training, and events, including setup, catering, and attendee lists.
- Arrange travel, book flights/hotels, maintain profiles, and reconcile expenses.
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations; manage filing systems.
- Support project managers with RFIs, permits, change orders, and closeout documents.
- Process purchase orders, route contracts, track deliveries, and manage office supplies.
- Maintain safety records, onboarding checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with invoice coding, expense tracking, and job-cost data entry.
- Identify process improvements and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative or office support experience
- Experience organizing events and making travel arrangements.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Docusign experience required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
