A leading organization is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to join its Shared Services team in Irving, TX. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in financial operations, vendor management, and process optimization within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Invoice & Payment Processing

  • Manage high-volume invoice workflows including purchase orders, credit cards, and reimbursements

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and payment policies

  • Investigate payment holds and monitor agreement terms

Disbursement Oversight

  • Execute secure payments across multiple platforms

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity in banking transactions

Vendor Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution

  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure proper cost allocation

  • Support audits, research, and special projects

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting

  • Familiarity with ExFlow Data Capture and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
