A leading organization is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to join its Shared Services team in Irving, TX. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in financial operations, vendor management, and process optimization within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Invoice & Payment Processing
Manage high-volume invoice workflows including purchase orders, credit cards, and reimbursements
Ensure compliance with internal controls and payment policies
Investigate payment holds and monitor agreement terms
Disbursement Oversight
Execute secure payments across multiple platforms
Maintain accuracy and integrity in banking transactions
Vendor Relations
Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to ensure proper cost allocation
Support audits, research, and special projects
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting
Familiarity with ExFlow Data Capture and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
