A dynamic organizationis seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager to lead its accounts payable operations within a centralized shared services environment. This is a high-impact, in-person role based in Irving, Texas, ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about process optimization and team leadership.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, and reconciliations.
Champion the implementation and optimization of OCR automation tools for invoice handling.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and enhance AP systems.
Supervise and mentor a team of Accounting Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience managing AP functions within a shared services or multi-entity environment.
Hands-on expertise with OCR automation tools and invoice processing technologies.
Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
