A high-growth organization is seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead financial operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounting systems, financial controls, and team leadership—especially those with a passion for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general ledger activities, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis

  • Lead accounting operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and compliance

  • Manage software rollouts and change initiatives related to financial systems

  • Support M&A onboarding and integration efforts

  • Own KPIs and drive improvements in reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

  • Utilize advanced tools like SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for financial analysis and reporting

  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX and segregation of duties standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and streamline processes


Preferred Profile

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and management experience

  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with D365, SQL, and Power BI highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with AP systems, vendor management, and payment platforms

  • Proven success in leading multi-site teams and deploying financial software

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills



Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
