LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Bookkeeper role open with our client in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.

Responsibilities

Handle bookkeeping functions including:

• Posting journal entries

• Performing GL and CAM reconciliations

• Filing monthly sales tax

• Generating various financial statements

• Performing validation of accounts payable transactions and correcting any errors

Experience

• Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience required

Skills/Knowledge

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required

• Proficiency using accounting software

• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills

Education

• HS diploma required (Associate degree in Accounting preferred)

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week

• $24-26.40/hr.
