About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing specifications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to develop accurate estimates.

• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for projects.

• Prepare and present cost summaries and proposals to management and clients.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to gather necessary information.

• Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitive estimates.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an estimator in construction or related industry.

• Strong understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, and project management principles.

• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial and residential projects.

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Jacksonville.
