Financial Analyst – On-Site | Direct Hire

A growing team is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial reporting. This is a 100% on-site role with a strong preference for direct hire, though temp-to-perm arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting

  • Conduct variance analysis and deep financial reviews to identify trends and opportunities

  • Create and optimize dashboards using Power BI and Excel

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to streamline reporting processes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business planning and performance tracking

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis (entry-level candidates may be considered)

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to improve reporting efficiency and automate processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
