Financial Analyst – On-Site | Direct Hire
A growing team is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial reporting. This is a 100% on-site role with a strong preference for direct hire, though temp-to-perm arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting
Conduct variance analysis and deep financial reviews to identify trends and opportunities
Create and optimize dashboards using Power BI and Excel
Consolidate data from multiple sources to streamline reporting processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business planning and performance tracking
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis (entry-level candidates may be considered)
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to improve reporting efficiency and automate processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
