Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collections & Dispute Management Administrator to join our team in Celebration, FL. This role is a hybrid position with an in-office requirement on Mondays. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contracts, collections, and dispute management. You will collaborate closely with internal and external leadership to resolve complex customer issues, improve collections processes, and contribute to achieving key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage escalated disputes and collections for strategic accounts.
Engage with business partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely collection and resolution of issues.
Lead Customer-to-Cash (C2C) process improvement projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide strategic guidance to key stakeholders, including the C2C management team, business partners, and customers.
Analyze and evaluate a variety of factors affecting collections, including current business and industry trends.
Identify and recommend solutions for root causes of delayed accounts receivable collections.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of commercial collections, bankruptcy, insolvency, and forms of security instruments.
Ensure alignment between Finance, Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams.
Effectively communicate with internal and external leadership through verbal and written communication, including presentations and reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of contracts related to collections and dispute management.
Understanding of the customer and industry, and how collections impact business objectives.
Leadership, influencing, and analyst engagement skills.
Ability to influence business decisions and drive outcomes.
Experience in leading Customer-to-Cash process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with bankruptcy and insolvencies.
Familiarity with various forms of security instruments.
Ability to maintain an objective financial perspective when analyzing data and resolving issues.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
