We are recruiting for a dynamic and energetic Trainer to join one of our clients in Lexington, NC! This role is fully on-site, joining a small team and directly supporting an experienced Training Manager. This person will also work closely with their Safety Manager. We are looking for someone who has a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, is organized and has strong communication skills. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of training experience, strong technical skills, manufacturing and safety experience.
Responsibilities:
Send out and track skills testing for employees.
Coordinate site trainings.
Digitalize training documents.
Assist with monthly safety trainings.
Help with onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of training experience.
Manufacturing experience required.
Safety experience with forklifts, cranes, OSHA regulations, and first response required.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to employees.
Proficiency in PowerBI or Excel is highly desirable.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
