LHH is looking for an experienced Bilingual Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and executive-level roles across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders alike.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping our talent pipeline, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
What You’ll Do
Manage full cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried roles
Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, schedules, and skill requirements
Develop creative strategies to source talent from non-traditional and hard-to-reach channels
Monitor employer brand presence on Glassdoor, indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms, partner with HR and Marketing to address feedback
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and attend job fairs, open houses, and community outreach events
Ensure timely professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
What We’re Looking For
Must be bilingual Spanish
3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or hourly environments
Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and online recruiting tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
Pay/Benefits:
Pay $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
