LHH is partnering with a well-known company to find a talented Civil Litigation Attorney for a fully remote role. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact while working with a reputable organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and revise legal strategies for discovery, investigation, handling, and trial/hearing of cases.
Conduct discovery, hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and similar proceedings.
Perform legal research, draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions.
Engage in settlement negotiations.
Experience:
Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a civil litigation attorney.
JD and in good standing with the state bar of California.
Knowledgeable in civil litigation.
Role Details:
40 hours a week, 90-day contract with potential for extension.
Fully remote but must live and be barred in California.
Pay: $60 an hour.
