LHH is seeking a Grants Assistant for a 3-6 month contract (could go longer) in Century City, CA.
Pay is $28-30/hour depending on experience.
Experience working with grants is preferred, though not required.
Minimum education AA required.
MONDAY-THURSDAY work schedule, NO FRIDAY

Seeking candidates who are extremely polished and professional with strong communication, able to follow direction and work independently in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Application Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications, including gathering necessary documentation and information.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of all grant-related documents, including applications, contracts, and financial reports.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with grant regulations and requirements by monitoring deadlines and assisting with the preparation of compliance reports.
Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking grant expenditures and budgets, ensuring that funds are used appropriately and in accordance with grant guidelines.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for grant-related inquiries, providing information and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting: Help prepare and submit periodic financial and progress reports to funding agencies and internal departments.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the grants management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
