LHH is partnering with a highly regarded firm to identify an experienced Intake Manager to lead a dynamic intake department supporting employment, wage & hour, and class action matters.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing a team of 10 attorneys and staff. The Intake Manager will be responsible for managing all new business leads and client screening processes, including:

  • Reviewing detailed interviews and supporting documentation

  • Tracking lead progression through the internal lifecycle

  • Managing retainer agreements and background checks

  • Maintaining co-counsel relationships and referral networks

  • Reporting on lead status and marketing campaign performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing intake operations in a legal setting

  • Deep familiarity with class actions and employment/wage & hour cases (90% of caseload)

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements

Role:

  • Direct Hire

  • Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

  • Location: Emeryville, CA or Downtown Los Angeles, CA

  • This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $100,000 to $120,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
