LHH is partnering with a highly regarded firm to identify an experienced Intake Manager to lead a dynamic intake department supporting employment, wage & hour, and class action matters.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing a team of 10 attorneys and staff. The Intake Manager will be responsible for managing all new business leads and client screening processes, including:
Reviewing detailed interviews and supporting documentation
Tracking lead progression through the internal lifecycle
Managing retainer agreements and background checks
Maintaining co-counsel relationships and referral networks
Reporting on lead status and marketing campaign performance
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing intake operations in a legal setting
Deep familiarity with class actions and employment/wage & hour cases (90% of caseload)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements
Role:
Direct Hire
Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
Location: Emeryville, CA or Downtown Los Angeles, CA
