LHH is proud to partner with a prestigious law firm located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. We are seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.

  • File litigation documents in arbitration forums as well as state, federal, and appellate courts.

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation legal secretary, preferably supporting a partner or senior attorney.

  • Strong knowledge of state court filing procedures is essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness.

Role Details:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Full-time, on-site position in Downtown Los Angeles.

  • Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • This listing represents the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Compensation for this position is estimated between $30,000 and $34,000 an hour depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
