Job Description: Network Support Technician

Location: Downtown Los Angeles with occasional travel to Santa Monica Beach. Onsite only; no remote work.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Network Support Technician to provide hands-on desktop and network support across two prestigious facilities. This role is essential to maintaining smooth IT operations for a five-star organization with over 400 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Windows 11 desktops and laptops, including troubleshooting and administration.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and basic AV equipment.

  • Respond to and resolve technical support tickets using Servicecam (Teamviewer sub-Branch).

  • Support point of sale (POS) systems and kitchen printers; experience in restaurant/hospitality POS is a plus.

  • Assist with basic networking tasks and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi; advanced networking is not required initially.

  • Document issues, escalate complex problems, and communicate clearly and patiently with staff.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with the club’s five-star standards.

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and access equipment in various locations.

  • Travel between downtown LA and Santa Monica Beach Club as needed.

  • Flexible schedule required; must be available for weekends and evenings based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in desktop and network support

  • Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and administration skills.

  • Experience with printers, copiers, and AV support.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic networking.

  • POS system experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Professional, presentable, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
