Corporate Paralegal
Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA
Pay: $40 – $50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract or Contract to Hire, 6 Month Contract, Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)
LHH is seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our corporate client in Century City, Los Angeles. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in corporate legal matters and excellent communication skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to lead key legal processes and interact with senior executives.
Responsibilities
Draft, format, redline, and edit highly confidential agreements and correspondence
Lead and support the company’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process
Communicate with executives regarding highly confidential agreements
Create and implement legal procedures and processes as needed
Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate law
Update organizational charts of the company
Track and monitor the company’s minority investments
Update and maintain the hCue database
Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and promissory notes
Qualifications
Experience with cap table management and corporate matters strongly preferred
Paralegal Certificate or Legal Assistant Certificate required
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize short-term and long-term projects
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
