Corporate Paralegal

Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $40 – $50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract or Contract to Hire, 6 Month Contract, Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)

LHH is seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our corporate client in Century City, Los Angeles. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in corporate legal matters and excellent communication skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to lead key legal processes and interact with senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, format, redline, and edit highly confidential agreements and correspondence

  • Lead and support the company’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process

  • Communicate with executives regarding highly confidential agreements

  • Create and implement legal procedures and processes as needed

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate law

  • Update organizational charts of the company

  • Track and monitor the company’s minority investments

  • Update and maintain the hCue database

  • Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and promissory notes

Qualifications

  • Experience with cap table management and corporate matters strongly preferred

  • Paralegal Certificate or Legal Assistant Certificate required

  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize short-term and long-term projects

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
