LHH is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to hire a Paralegal specializing in Class Action Consumer matters. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule (3 days remote, 2 days onsite).
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in class action consumer litigation.
Prepare and file documents across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage Pro Hac Vice (PHV) filings and ensure compliance with state-specific requirements.
Assist with case organization, document review, and deadline tracking.
Collaborate with legal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in case management.
Requirements
Familiarity with multi-state filings and PHV processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in class action or consumer litigation preferred.
