Senior Paralegal
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and confidence in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 annually
Manage an active caseload and maintain detailed tracking spreadsheets
Assist with document review, organization, production, and privilege logs
Support depositions, including exhibits and transcript summaries
Maintain organized case files and monitor court dockets and e-filings
Prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, trial lists, and other litigation documents
Handle intake and organization of large document productions
What You Bring
5+ years of litigation experience, ideally within a high‑volume practice
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft, proof, and review legal documents with precision
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all case materials
Strong familiarity with court rules, online court systems, and e‑filing procedures
Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Professionalism handling sensitive or confidential information and maintaining composure under pressure
Adaptability and a strong academic foundation, with a willingness to learn new software and technology tools
Insurance defense experience preferred, particularly within a high‑volume or carrier‑driven environment
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program required
