LHH is actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments for one of our top clients in KY! This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring vendor relationships remain strong through prompt and compliant payment practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate receipt, verification, and timely payment of invoices.

  • Supervise and support AP staff responsible for invoice intake, validation, and vendor communication.

  • Ensure all payments are processed in accordance with company policies and invoice terms.

  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts related to outgoing payments.

  • Track, prioritize, and manage payment schedules based on due dates and payment terms.

  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions for audit readiness and financial reporting.

  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendors or internal departments related to invoices or payments.

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed by the accounting department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or similar accounting roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience supervising or mentoring a team is a plus.



Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
