Sales Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator with 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, New York.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports the Executive Sales Manager with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and daily operations.
  • Coordinates sales activities across internal departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service.
  • Manages and tracks customer accounts and sales orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
  • Creates, reviews, and maintains Purchase Orders based on sales agreements and customer requirements.
  • Verifies product details, pricing, and delivery timelines for all Purchase Orders, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve PO discrepancies and confirm shipment schedules.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and dashboards to assist with executive decision-making.
  • Maintains strong client relationships through timely communication and support.
  • Assists in developing sales presentations, proposals, and materials for meetings and reviews.
  • Monitors timelines and deliverables for sales campaigns, flagging potential delays and coordinating solutions.
  • Organizes logistics for trade shows, client visits, and executive travel as needed.
  • Coordinate vessel bookings with the Import team – Schedule shipments to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of Production or Merchandising experience

Salary: $60,000-70,000/yr


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
