Location: 100% on-site in Miami, FL
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $50k-$65k DOE
Workload & Environment
- Fast-paced, high-volume AR workload; requires multitasking without oversight.
- Professionalism is essential, especially with client interactions.
- Strong organization: Manage multiple tasks and follow-up reminders.
- Precise attention to detail, especially for billing and reconciliation.
- Proactive in following up on emails and outstanding AR.
- Clear, professional communication tailored to various audiences.
- Adaptable across tasks and personalities.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Comfortable with fast pace and direct feedback.
- Technical & Industry Requirements
- Experience in AIA construction billing preferred.
- Skilled in reconciling across platforms, clients, and contractors.
- Software: Ipoint (CRM), QuickBooks Desktop (required), Knowify (AIA).
- Associate Degree or higher.
- 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Prepare and process invoices promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments weekly (Install, Service departments).
- Reconcile billing discrepancies, communicate with departments and clients.
- Apply incoming payments.
- Match project billing with Contractor Pay Applications.
- Reconcile expense reports, credit cards, and bank statements; perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
