LHH is assisting a well-established company in Milwaukee is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their in-house legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with three in-house attorneys and one trusted outside counsel partner. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate, with a proven ability to manage high-volume transactions, conduct title and survey reviews, and support all phases of commercial property deals.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise a variety of commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, amendments, and closing binders
Perform and coordinate title and survey reviews, including identifying and resolving exceptions and preparing summaries
Assist attorneys in all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from initial due diligence to closing
Organize and maintain transactional files and electronic databases
Conduct UCC searches and filings
Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, and other third parties
Monitor deadlines and manage document delivery schedules
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably in an in-house or corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of real estate law, title and survey processes, and closing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Paralegal certification or associate’s degree in paralegal studies preferred
