LHH is assisting a well-established company in Milwaukee is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their in-house legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with three in-house attorneys and one trusted outside counsel partner. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate, with a proven ability to manage high-volume transactions, conduct title and survey reviews, and support all phases of commercial property deals.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, amendments, and closing binders

  • Perform and coordinate title and survey reviews, including identifying and resolving exceptions and preparing summaries

  • Assist attorneys in all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from initial due diligence to closing

  • Organize and maintain transactional files and electronic databases

  • Conduct UCC searches and filings

  • Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, and other third parties

  • Monitor deadlines and manage document delivery schedules

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably in an in-house or corporate legal department

  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, title and survey processes, and closing procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Paralegal certification or associate’s degree in paralegal studies preferred
