LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their respected client’s Milwaukee legal team. This role offers the opportunity to support complex litigation matters while serving as a key resource for eDiscovery operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage and prepare case documentation under attorney guidance, including motions, correspondence, witness materials, exhibits, and trial binders.
Coordinate discovery activities, oversee court filings, track deadlines, and support overall case progression.
Lead eDiscovery lifecycle tasks such as data collection, processing, review, production, and secure archiving.
Maintain and update electronic databases and litigation support platforms to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Help refine and document eDiscovery workflows while ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.
Communicate with external partners and vendors for forensic services, trial technology, and other litigation support needs.
WHO YOU ARE
Hold a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or possess a Paralegal Certificate.
Bring at least five years of experience supporting litigation teams, ideally with exposure to courtroom proceedings.
Highly organized, detail‑focused, and skilled in written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and collaborating closely with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and legal technology; familiarity with eDiscovery or AI‑driven tools is a plus.
Preferred certifications include ACEDS, Relativity Processing Specialist, or Relativity Certified Administrator.
