Legal Assistant – Corporate Group
LHH is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their law firm client’s corporate team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven professional who excels at supporting fast-moving attorneys on corporate transactions while keeping files, calendars, and communications impeccably organized.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, refine, and format corporate correspondence and deal documents; manage redlines and document comparisons with precision.
- Assemble, index, and scan closing materials; prepare, circulate, and track signature packets to ensure on-time, error-free closings.
- Maintain corporate records and minute books; update checklists and compile final closing books for delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, coordinating secure transmission of documents and key updates.
- Open new matters, draft engagement letters, monitor attorney inboxes, and maintain well-structured electronic filing for client matters.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendaring, travel coordination, expense reporting, and invoice distribution; review, edit, and finalize attorney time entries.

- Highly organized, calm under deadline pressure, and adept at prioritizing shifting workloads with a strong sense of urgency.
- Tech-savvy: advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with cloud-based document management (iManage and InTapp preferred).
- Experienced in a legal or corporate office environment, with superb grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail; able to spot issues and propose practical solutions.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience).

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
