LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time Technical Marketing Specialist for one of our clients in the legal services sector in Minneapolis, MN.

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Onsite with flexibility

Compensation: $90K-$150K (based on experience) + benefits

Role Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or similar.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing using technology and data within a law firm, legal services, real estate, or corporate financial services sectors.

• Hands on experience with marketing databases or CRM systems including Foundation and WordPress

• Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills

• Legal operations experience

• Experience with iManage and/or Intapp

• Strong understanding of marketing data, analytics, and technology tools.

• Experience managing vendors and working with cross‑functional teams.

• Solid technical skills, including CRM/databases, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
