Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist, with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp to perm opportunity, located in Morristown, NJ.
Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed appropriately within the office.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up when necessary.
  • Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail and packages, as well as the preparation and dispatch of outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area to reflect the company’s image and values.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen items, and other essentials; place orders proactively to avoid shortages and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors for office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and facility upgrades.
  • Schedule and manage the use of conference rooms, ensuring they are properly set up for meetings and equipped with necessary technology and materials.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, ordering supplies, and ensuring access to necessary systems and tools.
  • Draft, proofread, and format internal and external communications, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries and expense reports for staff and executives.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely communication and resolution of administrative issues.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with G-suite, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Receptionist or Administrative role
Worksite: On Site/ Temp to Perm
Salary- $25-28/hr


Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
