Job Description:

A well-established law firm is seeking a Construction Labor Law Litigation Associate to join its New York office. This role involves handling matters across New York Labor Law, general liability, premises liability, and municipal liability. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $140,000(commensurate with experience)

  • Bonus structure: Generous formula bonus + discretionary bonuses

  • Professional support: Bar dues and CLEs covered, mentoring and development programs, business development training


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions.

  • Draft pleadings and briefs, oversee discovery and depositions

  • Conduct legal research and analysis


Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Minimum 3 years of general litigation experience

  • Experience with New York Labor Law preferred

  • Admission to the New York Bar, in good standing
