Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000 per year

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead their high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise technology sales, team leadership, and revenue growth. You will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build strong relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

  • Report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
