LHH is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit to find a talented Finance Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that creates transformative experiences fostering cultural understanding and leadership development. The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the finance function as a strategic partner to the organization. 2 days in office.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead FP&A, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling

• Partner with department heads on budgeting and resource allocation

• Oversee audits, compliance, and operational finance processes

• Drive process improvements and implement automation tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience

• Strong FP&A and accounting knowledge

• Skilled in financial modeling and reporting tools

• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Details:

• Hybrid role based in NYC

• Salary range: $75K–$85K
