LHH is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit to find a talented Finance Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that creates transformative experiences fostering cultural understanding and leadership development. The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the finance function as a strategic partner to the organization. 2 days in office.
What You’ll Do:
Lead FP&A, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
Partner with department heads on budgeting and resource allocation
Oversee audits, compliance, and operational finance processes
Drive process improvements and implement automation tools
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of progressive finance experience
Strong FP&A and accounting knowledge
Skilled in financial modeling and reporting tools
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Details:
Hybrid role based in NYC
Salary range: $75K–$85K
Excellent benefits including generous PTO, wellness stipend, and 401k match
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
