HR Business Partner – Talent Management
LHH is looking for an interim HR Manager for one of our clients here in NYC. This organization has approximately 200 full time employees and is looking for someone proficient in all HR functions including Talent Management and Learning & Development. This person will handle a variety of functions and support employees in multiple states. This position will be on-site, in office and start on a Temp to Perm basis. This position will pay between $50-60/hr, contingent on experience.
Role Overview:
· Talent Management and training program roll out
· Full Cycle Recruitment
· Manage all aspects of Employee Relations
· Training and Performance review process
· Benefits Support
Experience:
· MUST have experience with Talent Management, Succession Planning and Learning & Development
· MUST have experience using ADP Workforce Now
· At least 5 years of experience within Human Resources
· Hands on experience with employee development programs
· Talent Acquisition, Benefits and HRIS
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
