LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.
This position is hybrid. E-filing experience for state and federal courts preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Drafting legal documents and correspondence
· Maintaining files
· Electronically filing documents with State and Federal courts
· Managing calendars
· Scheduling meetings and depositions
· Preparing trial documents
· Corresponding with clients
· Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
· 5+ years of recent litigation assistant experience
· E-filing experience required
· Strong MS Office knowledge
· Excellent communication skills
· Very organized
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
