LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a real estate company in New York City is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid. Experience with leasing in a corporate environment is required.
Responsibilities:
· Drafting, reviewing, and summarizing commercial leases
· Maintaining files
· Reviewing legal documents and correspondence
· Coordinating document signing process
· Tracking matters and deadlines
· Providing general legal support for real estate, litigation, insurance, taxes, and other matters
Requirements:
· 5+ years of recent commercial real estate experience
· Ability to accurately review a high volume of leases
· Excellent communication skills
· Very organized
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range is estimated to be $110,000-$140,000 per year depending on various factors including education, work experience, etc.
