LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Registration Specialist for a contract role with a confidential client. This role is a temporary assignment and will primarily assist patients with check-in. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills with a thriving healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a minimum of 4500 keystrokes per hour.
Utilize knowledge of health insurance benefits and requirements.
Apply coding skills, including ICD-9 and CPT-4 (preferred).
Operate computers, telephones, and keyboards efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required).
Some college education (preferred).
At least one year of clerical experience (required).
Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred).
Bilingual abilities (preferred).
