New York-based general contractor specializing in public infrastructure projects is hiring Senior Project Managers.

Senior Project Manager role supporting clients in 5 Boroughs for NY.

Compensation: $185,000 - $250,000 with flexibility for top level candidates.

This position is ideal for a construction professional with demonstrated experience delivering public work in high-accountability, owner-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison with owner representatives and agency stakeholders

  • Manage contract administration, change order negotiation, and project documentation

  • Oversee schedule, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and field leadership

  • Ensure compliance with agency standards, safety requirements, and quality protocols

  • Support company growth initiatives through strong project execution and client engagement

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management, or related field) preferred

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in public sector infrastructure construction with a general contractor required

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects performed for rail and transit

  • Strong working knowledge of public contract requirements and documentation standards

  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination

In accordance with New York salary transparency requirements, the anticipated annual base salary range for this position is: $185,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated project leadership background.
