Position: Special Events Coordinator Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Duration: 11-week assignment covering FTE leave
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Special Events Coordinator for an 11 week contract role with a confidential client. This temporary role involves planning and executing special events, managing logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in event planning and proficiency in related software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate special events.
Manage event logistics and budgets.
Handle event communications and provide on-site support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (required).
Minimum of 3 years of related experience (required).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills (required).
Proficiency in related software applications (required).
